Shipping Policy and Duties

GameBoks ApS is shipping all orders made through our webshop with DHL Express. We currently ship to the following countries: Argentine, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Equador, Mexico, Paraguay,  United States.

Depending on level of customization, shipping time may vary between 5-25 days
Note for personalized or fully customized orders:
It is important you get in contact with us quickly after purchasing, so we can begin the process of making your design.
Delivery timer for customized orders will first start when we have received your logo/design in the right format.
Once you have placed your order on our webshop, we will send you a series of 3 emails, so please confirm that you have submitted an accurate e-mail address when placing your order.
  • Order Received Email sent immediately upon order.
  • Payment Confirmation Email: sent when your card is charged.
  • Shipment Confirmation Email: Includes DHL tracking, and it will be sent when your GameBoks has been shipped.

Shipping terms & Conditions

  • GameBoks has the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods.
  • If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until GameBoks has taken physical possession of the goods.
  • Business/Working Days: GameBoks can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Monday.

The GameBoks is covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by GameBoks ApS. The warranty is issued to the customer who buys a new GameBoks directly from GameBoks ApS. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any GameBoks bought by official retailers have their own warranty issued by this external retailer.

Returns and Cancellation

We currently offer free returns for full refunds within 100 days of your GameBoks' has been delivered to you. Sadly, the delivery costs are not refundable.

Depending on the country you are buying from, import duties may apply. This duty is imposed from your own home state or home country and is paid directly to your home state or home country.
